1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ag222 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ag222 website and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and related promotional offerings. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ag222. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment method details, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ag222 will close all but the original account and may withhold any winnings generated from duplicate activity.

ag222 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Verified legitimate balances of non-breaching players will be returned following the outcome of any investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ag222 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are held in BDT and there are no currency conversion charges. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit stated in these Terms, though payment method provider limits may apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. ag222 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

• ag222 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment provider fees (if any) are the player's responsibility.

Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player are not permitted. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered ag222 account holder. ag222 will return third-party deposits to their source and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ag222 may suspend or terminate a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe, or submission of fraudulent identity documentation.
• Where ag222 is required to suspend or close accounts to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or an order from a competent authority.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure by the player or closure for non-breach reasons, any verified legitimate balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ag222 Platform — including but not limited to the ag222 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces sourced from third-party providers, and all associated software — is the property of ag222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express prior written consent from ag222.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, commercialise, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ag222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if ag222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ag222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
